Luluwood Limited Terms of Service Last Updated: December 25, 2025

1. Services Provided Luluwood Limited (the “Company”) providing document preparation for administrative license filling services. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal or tax advice.

2. Client Obligations (KYC) To comply with Hong Kong’s Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, clients must provide accurate and up-to-date “Know Your Customer” (KYC) documentation. We reserve the right to refuse service if these requirements are not met.

3. Fees and Payments

• All fees are quoted in [HKD/USD].

• Government filing fees (e.g., Annual Return fees) are included in our professional service fees.

• Services will only be rendered upon receipt of payment.

4. Limitation of Liability While we strive for 100% accuracy, the Company is not liable for penalties or losses resulting from:

• Client failure to provide information in a timely manner.

• Delays caused by government departments, official agencies.

• Inaccurate information provided by the client.

5. Termination Either party may terminate the service agreement with [30 days] written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding government fees or professional fees must be settled immediately.

6. Governing Law These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
